HealthOne HealthOne is an initiative of the NSW Health aimed at bringing medical practices and Community Health Services closer together, with the aim of providing a more integrated service to the community, while still maintaining their independence. The Corowa site was one of six sites chosen throughout the state to become a HealthOne centre. This has already involved a great deal of co-operative and integrated work by the teams at the Corowa Medical Centre, Corowa Community Health and Corowa Hospital.
Corowa Medical Centre has recently renovated and expanded, it is now fully operational in a purpose built facility. The medical centre has now 13 consulting rooms, 2 procedure rooms, an ECG/Spirometry room, and a training room. It is also co-located with the Community Health Service and Corowa Hospital.
Below are concept drawings of what the new Corowa Medical Centre will look like.
